01 Preparation work
(1) Carefully read the design documents, pay attention to key issues such as raw material selection, dimensions of each part, selection of molds, and layer design, and have a clear understanding.
(2) Equipment debugging.
(3) Clean the mold.
(4) Wrap polyester film.
The inner lining of the 02 cylinder is divided into inner lining layer and transition layer according to its structure, mainly for anti-corrosion and anti-seepage purposes.
(1) Preparation of lining resin.
(2) Produce the inner lining layer according to the laying steps required by the design. within

(4) The inner lining is deeply cured and demolded.
03 The upper and lower head forming reinforcement head is divided into inner lining layer and structural layer according to the structure.
(1) The forming process and raw materials for the inner lining layer of the head are the same as those for the inner lining layer of the cylinder, and are formed by spray gun with high resin content. The inner lining layer of the head has been laid and deeply cured.
(2) Lay the structural layer of the head, and alternate between spraying yarn with a spray gun and glass cloth. Reasonable tension should be applied during the laying process of each single layer of glass cloth, with an appropriate amount of overlap between each other, and a combination of pressure rollers should be used to repeatedly roll out bubbles to ensure complete fiber penetration. Require each reinforcing material layer to meet the resin content requirements of the design.
(3) Process inspection, deep curing, demolding.
04 Assembly
(1) Remove the cured cylinder liner and head from the mold and cut them into the dimensions specified in the design documents.
(2) Use an assembly ring to connect the inner lining and head of the cylinder, adjust the assembly ring to the nominal diameter of Φ -30mm, insert the assembly ring into the inner lining of the cylinder, expand and tighten the assembly ring to the nominal diameter of Φ -15mm, place the lower head on the exposed part of the assembly ring, slowly expand and tighten the assembly ring, and measure the circumference of the inner lining and the diameter at 3 points (evenly distributed) until it meets the standard requirements.
(3) Lay the reinforcement layer outside the joint, polish the joint area, and lay the outer joint in a stepped manner (increasing in width) from inside to outside, with the outermost layer width not less than 250mm. After the overall strengthening is completed, use lining resin and short cut felt to bond the inner seams, and lay them in a stepped manner from the outside to the inside (with increasing width).
05 Overall strengthening
(1) Connect the assembled equipment casing to the CNC fiber winding machine, and polish and trim the outer surface of the equipment casing. Drill holes at the inner lining pipe mouth and inflate to ensure the roundness of the inner lining.
(2) Use short cut felt to locally strengthen the stress concentration area at the bottom of the lower seal and the corner of the cylinder, adjust the winding angle and head wrapping angle, and according to the stress concentration characteristics of the head, the width of the lower head wrapping should be greater than 250mm, and the height of the cylinder wrapping should be 400mm.
(3) Adopting the method of one to three layers, unwinding and spraying, spraying yarn, alternating between circular and cross winding, and adjusting the inner lining speed and fiber tension to ensure the resin content of the tank wall. The bottom surface of the lower head of the external inclined bottom equipment is not perpendicular to the equipment axis. Adjust the winding equipment and winding parameters, and strengthen the overall cross winding with a winding length greater than the length of the equipment cylinder. The winding yarn forms a bud like wrapping on the upper and lower heads of the equipment.
(4) Process inspection, deep solidification.
The maintenance platform has been constructed, so the top of the scaffold pole does not need to be higher than the platform. The first level platform should be about 1.5 meters away from the top of the tank.

06 Strengthen the overall positioning according to the drawing marking, and install the pipe mouth by opening holes.
07 After the overall production of the outer protective layer (including the installation of accessories), spray the protective layer, and add ultraviolet absorber and toughener to the anti-aging gel coat resin.
08 Inspection, water testing, pressure testing
There are significant differences in construction methods between the anti-corrosion and insulation of fiberglass storage tanks and traditional metal tanks. The construction is convenient, improves efficiency, saves costs, and is easy to master. Compared with traditional construction methods, it has significant advantages in application. The anti-corrosion construction process of fiberglass storage tanks: material organization → tank pressure and leakage testing → on-site investigation → scaffolding construction → insulation layer construction → protective layer construction → dismantling scaffolding.
