During the treatment of sewage, sludge is constantly generated, which contains a large amount of N, S, P and other components. Under the metabolism of microorganisms, odor components such as NH3 and H2S are produced. These odor molecules have the characteristics of volatility, low boiling point, and high odor characterization value. Sludge storage tanks, sludge dewatering rooms, sludge storage sheds, coarse grids, inlet pump rooms, regulating tanks, fine grids, cyclone sedimentation tanks, and biological tanks (A/O tanks) all have a large number of odor molecules continuously released, seriously polluting the environment and affecting the quality of life of workers and surrounding residents.
To solve the problem of odor, various structures will be sealed according to demand, and a new set of exhaust gas treatment equipment will be built to eliminate odor pollution generated during sewage treatment and meet relevant pollutant emission standards.
The newly designed exhaust gas treatment capacity for this plan is 12000 Nm3/h, and it is proposed to adopt an optimized combination process of "washing+biological drip filtration". The processed gas meets the requirements of the second level emission standard in the "Emission Standards for Odor Pollutants" (GB14554-93), and the compliant gas is discharged from a 15m exhaust pipe at high altitude.
